Pristine Condition: I confirm the item is unworn, undamaged, and has no signs of wear. Complete Packaging: I confirm the item is being returned with its original Ugems co. box and pouch. Hygiene Compliance: I confirm this item is not pierced jewellery (earrings), which are excluded for hygiene reasons.
